I was cruising through the products for sale on Clickbank’s marketplace and came across one concerning flipping websites for money. I didn’t read into too much but assumed that it was about building a website and then selling it on ebay. I assume that it was not about buying a broken down website and, with a little bit of elbow grease, fixing it up to be flipped - much like the popular television shows on flipping houses.

Of course, it got me thinking. I’ve created a few websites based entirely on affiliate products such as one on classical guitar sheet music. The same thing could be done with amazon’s affiliate program or other affiliate programs for that matter. Would there be a market for pre-made affiliate websites where the buyer would only have to add his affiliate id number to the site and start selling?

I went to ebay to see if people were flipping websites and they surely were. Many were using their auction of a website to offer web hosting.

I kind of like the pre-fab, affiliate website. It would take a little bit of work but there may be some takers out there.
