For years, the internet was looked upon as a place to get free stuff – free mp3s, free information, free software, free videos and free porn. This attitude still pervades the internet today and makes it difficult for individuals to sell their products on the internet. People think they should get things for free on the internet. How does someone selling an ebook or other digital product survive in this type of atmosphere? I believe if you want to sell product on the internet, you have to attempt to partially satisfy this desire for free stuff. Give people some valuable information for free but just enough to entice them without revealing the whole enchilada.

I see alot of websites that deliver only empty promises of what their product will do for you. These websites completely lack substance. I’m constantly wondering how these websites sell any product.
