<p>Significant improvements have been made in addressing buyer expectations about eChecks, including information about eChecks added to eBay checkout, transaction details, and email communications.</p>
<p>With these improvements, eBay sellers offering PayPal must now accept all forms of PayPal payment, and are no longer allowed to block eChecks. Sellers still have the ability to block eChecks on non-eBay related checkout.</p>
