Does the platform include a free trial?

Yes. The YES plan is designed as a 365-day launch period for operators who want to configure the platform, test workflows, and start accepting reservations before choosing a paid subscription.

Can companies customize the booking experience?

Yes. Company profiles can control customer-facing styling such as font family, primary color, background color, terms URL, website domain, service types, vehicle types, and payment setup.

Which modules are available?

Core modules include the Management Dashboard, Web Booking Widget, Driver App, and Passenger App. Feature tools include add-ons, dynamic pricing, flight status, geo-fences, promo codes, rate overrides, TLC document checks, taxes, fees, and toll rules.

Does E-BookNow support payments?
