Choose a currency supported by the selected merchant account and make miles or kilometers the company default.
Build distance tiers
Define the base-included distance, tier limits, remaining-distance behavior, and price per selected unit.
Attach locations
Use PU and DO rows with code, name, and price for specific route logic.
Preview the result
Reservation screens keep the selected currency and distance unit visible across rate details, fees, taxes, manual rates, and totals.

The admin view joins company commerce preferences with vehicle rates. Changing a rate from miles to kilometers converts the included distance, tier limits, and per-unit prices so the pricing structure remains equivalent.
