Trip
Pickup, stops, drop-off, saved favorites, current location shortcuts, place predictions, MapLibre preview, route line, markers, and wait minutes for intermediate stops.
The passenger app turns the same company rules behind E-BookNow into a clean native ride experience. Riders open a company link, book through five guided steps, review the real charge, pay with saved cards or a new card, then manage trips and account data from the same light interface.

Date, time, service type, passenger count, luggage count, airport job detection, airline search, flight number, and flight summary validation.
Company vehicle rates load after the trip details are valid, showing class, capacity, luggage, description, selected state, and fare total.
Add-on quantities, child seat, meet and greet, pet friendly, passenger notes, promo code entry, and price-aware extras.
Charge detail, total, optional tip, saved payment methods, new card entry, login/register prompts, confirm, edit update, and cancel paths.
Riders can start from a company-branded app link, fill pickup and drop-off, save favorite locations, choose their current position, add stops, set waiting time, and preview the route before continuing. The app keeps the map visible instead of hiding the operational context.
The details screen keeps the booking strict without feeling heavy. Date, time, service type, passengers, and luggage are validated before rate lookup. Airport rides can require airline and flight number, then display a clear flight summary or a warning when data is incomplete.

The app separates quantity-based add-ons from simple extra toggles so riders can make precise requests. Operations still receive structured values, pricing stays visible, and the reservation keeps passenger notes attached all the way to dispatch.
The review step combines the route, date, time, service, vehicle, fare table, total, optional tip, saved payment method, and new-card path. If the rider is not signed in, the same step asks them to log in or create an account before confirmation.

The passenger app can use the same profile styling fields as the web widget, so a company can keep its booking experience consistent across website and mobile. Font family, primary color, and background color influence the header, active stepper state, main buttons, bottom tabs, toggles, form focus states, payment choices, and confirmation actions.
Company identity, terms URL, website domain, service types, vehicle classes, merchant account, and timing rules stay tied to the same configuration, which helps the app feel branded without duplicating operational setup.
Deep links and QR codes store owner id, company id, and profile name, so the app loads only the selected company resources before login or registration.
Riders search by reservation id, pickup, stop, or drop-off, filter by date presets or custom ranges, open trip detail, and page through results with fixed controls.
Account tools save passenger names, email, phone, and default status so repeat reservations can reuse the right traveler without manual entry.
Saved locations include label, address autocomplete, edit, delete, and quick-use behavior inside pickup, stop, and drop-off fields.
The account tab refreshes saved payment methods and the checkout modal can reuse a card or send the rider into the Stripe new-card path.
Users can switch companies, log out, or delete account data, including saved passenger data, payment links, favorites, and linked app records.
