Drivers are not only names in a list. The platform checks the sections required for operation, calculates progress, validates document fields, stores attachments, and can export TLC trip records from reports.

For every TLC snapshot trip, the server verifies the driver license and selected fleet vehicle against current official TLC records before assignment.
Focus the moving driver
During an active TLC trip, device movement signals lock the Driver App to that job. Other app views become available again after the vehicle remains stopped.
Prepare TLC records
Reports preflight the official columns, fingerprint the exact CSV, and record a tenant-owned handoff manifest before the base submits it to TLC.

The sibling admin repo validates driver profile sections and stores document attachments. Reports also include a built-in TLC Trip Records CSV preset with required trip data columns.

TLC assignment gate
The saved profile is matched to active, unexpired TLC driver and vehicle records; unavailable verification fails closed for every TLC snapshot trip.
In-motion active-job lock
When the assigned vehicle is moving during an active TLC job, tabs, back navigation, deep links, and other job views are blocked so the active trip remains on screen.

Document changes support preview, storage, upload, and deletion paths.
TLC submission preparation
Reports can validate and fingerprint TLC pickup, drop-off, driver license, vehicle plate, base, and service flags without uploading or affirming on the base’s behalf.
